Lucy Khairy

Lucy is a 2003 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review, and the 2003 Recipient of the Norman Lefstein Award for Pro Bono Service.  She was selected to be the first law student member of the Board of Managers of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the first law student Co-Chair of the Executive Counsel for the Law Student Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association.  She authored “Genetically Modified Organisms and International Trade: Precaution or Protectionism?” in 5 European Journal of Law Reform, 2003.

Lucy is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a board member of the Indiana NAELA chapter, the Indiana State Bar Association – Elder Law and Probate, Trust & Real Estate Sections, Elder Counsel®, a national organization of Elder Law attorneys, and a founding member of the Central Indiana Senior Alliance (CISA).  She is a Veterans Administration-accredited attorney.
